隧道股份总裁周文波调研城建国际新加坡区域市场(新加坡城建公司)

近日，隧道股份总裁周文波带队考察了隧道股份城建国际新加坡区域中心近期工作开展情况，并受邀参加了新加坡地铁汤申-东海岸线T310项目的三百万工时无安全责任事故和隧道贯通庆典活动。新加坡陆路交通管理局轨道署高级署长沈伟民、隧道股份新加坡合作伙伴和合建筑集团执行董事杨德荣出席庆典活动。

Recently, Zhou Wenbo, President of STEC, investigated the recent work of the Singapore Regional Center of the STEC together with the team and invited to participate in celebrations, which regarded to the three million hours of no safety accidents and tunnel penetration of Thomson-East Coast Line T310 project of Singapore Metro. Sim Wee Meng, Senior Director of the Singapore LTA, and Yong De Rong, the partner of STEC in Singapore and Executive Director of the WOH HUP, attended the ceremony.

新加坡地铁汤申-东海岸线T310项目是由隧道股份与新加坡和合建筑集团组成联营体，作为总承包商共同参与建设的轨道交通建设项目。项目于2016年3月中标，中标金额约14.5亿人民币，项目主要包括碧湾车站、一段明挖法隧道和两段区间隧道的建设，隧道单线总长3.55公里，项目预计在2023年2月全部完工。

Thomson-East Coast Line T310 project of Singapore Metro is a rail transit construction project. The STEC and Singapore WOH HUP formed as a joint venture and participated in this construction as a general contractor. The project won the tender in March 2016 with a winning amount of about 1.45 billion RMB. The project mainly includes the construction of Bayshore Station, a section of open-cut tunnel and two sections of tunnel. The total length of the tunnel is 3.55 km. The project is expected to be completed in February 2023.

在始发井交付延迟的不利情况下，施工团队不懈努力，克服困难，精准控制沉降，操控盾构机安全穿越新加坡东海岸密集公寓区下的冲击沙和海泥复合地层等高风险区域新加坡城建公司，最终实现了四条隧道顺利提前两个月贯通、300万工时无安全责任事故的重大节点，为整条线的建设树立了良好的榜样。

Under the unfavorable situation of delayed delivery of the initial well, the construction team made unremitting efforts to overcome the difficulties and accurately control the settlement, manipulated shield machine safely pass through high-risk areas such as impact sand and sea mud composite formations under the densely populated apartment area on the east coast of Singapore, and finally, four tunnels were successfully completed two months ahead of schedule, and 3 million man-hours without accidents, which set a good example for the construction of the whole line.

在庆典活动上，作为项目的业主代表，新加坡陆路交通管理局轨道署高级署长沈伟民先生对隧道股份行之有效的安全管理工作和保质保量的轨道交通建设施工予以了高度肯定。

At celebrations, Sim Wee Meng, Senior Director of the Singapore LTA, as the proprietor of the project, highly affirmed the effective safety management of the STEC and quality assurance in the construction of rail transit.

在新加坡期间，周文波总裁还前往了同样由隧道股份承建的新加坡深隧道DTSS污水处理系统2期T11项目，该项目于2017年8月中标，是隧道股份城建国际在新加坡第一次以独立施工总承包的形式承接水务建设项目，打开了公司在新加坡基建市场的新局面，进一步提升了隧道股份城建国际在海外市场承接大型基建项目的实力和市场影响力。

During his stay in Singapore, President Zhou Wenbo also traveled to Singapore Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Phase 2 T11 Project, which was also constructed by the STEC. The project, which won the tender in August 2017, is the first water project undertaken by the STEC, SUCGI in Singapore in the form of an independent construction general contract. It opened up new situation of the company in the infrastructure market in Singapore and further enhanced the strength and market influence of the STEC, SUCGI to undertake large-scale infrastructure projects in overseas markets.

At a working forum with front line employees abroad of the STEC, SUCGI in Singapore Regional Center, President Zhou Wenbo also affirmed the spirit of hard work and innovation of the staff in the front line, while investigating the recent work of the Singapore Regional Center. It is hoped that the Singapore Regional Center, as the regional management center of the overseas regional market, can make persistent efforts to open the urban infrastructure construction market in Singapore and more countries and regions along the Belt and Road, and to add new strength to the internationalization journey of the STEC, and continue to stride forward the strategic vision of the STEC “the most valuable and creative comprehensive service provider of urban construction and operation in the world”.
